Boca Park Condominium Association is a resident-friendly community offering a peaceful and welcoming environment where residents can thrive while staying informed through open communication and community engagement.
Ideally located in the heart of Boca Raton, the community is close to beautiful beaches, excellent dining, cultural attractions, museums, and the vibrant downtown area of Mizner Park with its boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment. Residents also enjoy convenient access to Town Center mall at Boca Raton, as well as the scenic surroundings of Jasmine Lake within the community.

The Board of Directors of the Boca Park Condominium Association, Inc is committed to fostering a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained community for all residents.
We believe that a strong community is built on respect, transparency, and open communication. Our goal is to help preserve the quality of life within Boca Park while keeping residents informed and engaged in matters affecting the neighborhood.
The Board welcomes resident feedback, ideas, and constructive input. We also encourage the participation of owners and residents through various subcommittees and community initiatives that we are working to establish, including architectural, landscaping, social, safety and other committees aimed at helping improve and strengthen our community.
We appreciate the continued involvement and support of our residents as we work together to maintain a peaceful and resident-friendly environment for everyone.

Access your community resources directly. From connecting to the Accountant Portal for fees payments, submitting maintenance requests, to reviewing our documents (such as governing documents, budgets, contracts, etc...), we provide a streamlined platform for every owner.
Owners who don't have the access code for the Portal may contact the Board by email to request it.

The Board is taking these preventative measures with each building, to protect the properties and to assure the prevention of termite infestation in the townhouses.
The treatments have already started and been done for 4 buildings and will continue until all the buildings are fully treated and under warranty.

Florida sunshine is great for swimming, but not for hot metal.
We've added protective sleeves to the pool and jacuzzi handrails to reduce heat buildup, making them much more comfortable to hold on sunny days.
Following the termination of Crest’s contract, which also included handling Boca Park’s accounting services, the Board is entered into a new accounting-only contract (no management services) with a new firm, Victory Accounting, as recommended by our attorney.
Please note that starting June 1st, HOA fee payments should be made thru Victory.

On Monday, May 11, the new Board of Directors held its first Board meeting at the Clubhouse.
In addition, the meeting was made available to residents online via Zoom.
We thank everyone who attended the meeting. It was a very positive discussion with great communication and productive exchanges.

Contract termination
Many residents have reported minor water leaks at their back patios.
We recommend a simple and practical solution available on Amazon: a waterproof sealing tape that can be easily applied over the seams of the roof panels and has provided very good results.

Some of you may have noticed that the Boca Park sign at the second entrance was in need of repair. The tops of the posts were rotted and damaged.
Replacement post tops have been installed. The sign itself will also be refreshed with new paint.
On May 5, the same evening as the election of the new Board, and following the Board’s request to Crest for all transition documents as required by Florida Statute, the Board received a letter from Crest notifying Boca Park of the termination of its contract.
The Board discussed this matter during the May 11 Board meeting. Please refer to the meeting minutes for additional details.
Since contract termination effective June 1st, the Board is self managing with a new firm specifically for accounting. This represents a saving for the association which can allow to proceed with more repairs and maintenance
